Terms and conditions
Rules governing sales contracts between „ПЕЛЕТ ЛЕС“ ООД and the shop's customers.
Scope
The online shop available at hoteko-enrgia.shop, is operated by „ПЕЛЕТ ЛЕС“ ООД. These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the shop, orders and sales contracts for wood pellets and other fuels, and the complaints procedure.

„ПЕЛЕТ ЛЕС“ ООД (PELLET LES Ltd.), company number 203958323, VAT number BG203958323, with its registered office at 3 Vela Peeva Street, 4633 Sarnitsa, Bulgaria, and a production site in the Stopanski Dvor industrial area, Sarnitsa. Placing orders
Orders can be placed through the website 24 hours a day. Completing an order requires accurate information and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The sales contract is concluded when we confirm the order.
Prices and payment methods
All shop prices are final, in euros (EUR), and include VAT. Standard delivery within Bulgaria is free, at EUR 0.00, with no minimum order value. For delivery outside Bulgaria, the conditions and transport price must be agreed in advance. Payment is by bank transfer.
Delivery
Delivery conditions, times and costs are described in detail in our Delivery Policy. We mainly deliver within Bulgaria; delivery abroad is available on request.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, as described in our Returns and Complaints Policy.
Statutory warranty
Goods are covered by a two-year statutory warranty of conformity under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act. The complaints procedure is described in the Returns and Complaints Policy.
Alternative dispute resolution
In a dispute, consumers may contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (KZP). Information about alternative consumer dispute resolution bodies in the EU is available on the European Commission's official website.
Data protection
The processing of customers' personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Final provisions
Any matter not addressed in these Terms and Conditions is governed by applicable Bulgarian law, including the Consumer Protection Act. „ПЕЛЕТ ЛЕС“ ООД reserves the right to amend these terms for a justified reason; existing orders are processed under the terms applicable when the order was placed.
