What data we collect, why we process it and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data we process
- first and last name or company name;
- delivery and billing address;
- contact email address and telephone number;
- billing information, including company and VAT numbers for businesses;
- order history.
Purposes and legal bases
- fulfilling and settling orders, handling returns and complaints — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract);
- issuing invoices and complying with tax and accounting obligations — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation);
- customer service and establishing or defending claims — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest);
- sending commercial messages only with your express consent — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Recipients of data
Your data may be shared with delivery carriers, payment service providers, our accountants, and hosting and IT service providers, only to the extent necessary for the purposes listed above.
Retention period
Order-related data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and the applicable limitation period. Billing data is retained as required by tax and accounting law, generally for 10 years under the Bulgarian Accounting Act.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection at any time, and withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
You may also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (KZLD) if you believe that processing of your data breaches applicable law.
Voluntary provision of data
Providing the data necessary to fulfil an order is voluntary, but without it we cannot conclude and perform the sales contract. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that has legal effects on you.
