Order delivery
Packaging, dispatch and costs — before you add a product to your cart.
Delivery area
We deliver within Bulgaria and abroad on request. Wood pellets are heavy and bulky, so we work with carriers specialising in pallet transport to help goods arrive in good condition regardless of distance.
Fulfilment time
Orders paid by bank transfer are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery to your address usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on the region.
The order processing cut-off is 18:00 local time in Bulgaria (Europe/Sofia). Orders are processed and delivered Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders or payments confirmed after 18:00, on weekends or on public holidays are processed from the next business day.
Delivery cost
Standard delivery within Bulgaria is free, at EUR 0.00, with no minimum order value. For delivery outside Bulgaria, contact us in advance; terms and transport costs must be agreed before ordering.
Receiving your delivery
On receipt, inspect the packaging in the carrier's presence.
If there is visible damage, record it on the delivery note or ask the carrier for a damage report; this makes any subsequent complaint easier to handle.
Shipment tracking
After dispatch, you receive a confirmation email and, where the carrier provides this service, a tracking link.
